Bailey will be the new unifying brand identity for Bailey International, Sure Grip Controls Inc. and Hydrolico International. The company's goal is to create a single, cohesive identity for the three brands which develop a range of hydraulic and electronic products including hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, manifolds, motors and electornic control systems.
According to the company, uniting its brands under a single name will help better showcase its portfolio of hydraulic and electronic technologies while creating a stronger market presence and simplified customer experience.
"Through this re-branding, we’re building on the legacy of each of our three companies while creating a unified brand that embodies our collective strengths," said Ken Baker, CEO of Bailey.
Each company brings specific expertise to the now unified Bailey brand:
- Bailey International, LLC: A global leader in mobile hydraulic solutions.
- Sure Grip Controls, Inc.: Renowned for the engineering and manufacturing of electronic control systems.
- Hydrolico International, Inc.: Technical experts in engineering and manufacturing of configured and custom hydraulic components.
